| home-based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. AXL is an exciting | |
| initiative by RRC Worldwide in collaboration with Awana | |
| Resorts Malaysia. | |
| Strategically located in tropical rainforest hotels and | |
| beautiful beach resorts, AXL presents a complete | |
| experiential learning hub which utilizes the brilliance | |
| of our natural environment, and also creative outdoor | |
| adventure activities to enhance each and every one of our | |
| participants learning experiences. |
| Our main mission is to design a challenging and |

| comprehensive learning environment for all level of | |
| employees and participants, in which we hope to promote | |
| a “hands-on” learning experience, together with | |
| reality- based on-the-job competency building concept. | |
| This will in turn generate team cohesiveness which we | |
| hope will expand to all the participants in their business | |
| leadership, relationships,communication, values, principles, | |
| and ethics. |
