 interactive exercises, role plays and group discussions.

     

 

The trainings with peak activities involve a structured and carefully

designed set of progressive task customized to meet the organization’s needs and wants.

 

Related theories and practices include active learning, situational learning,

work-based learning, contextual learning,and problem-based learning.

 

These models stress the importance of the learner’s experience within a

real-world context as the primary condition required for learning.

 

We use an  interactive approach to learning outside of the typical

environment using a variety of activities, settings and situations which includes

elements of action, reflection, discussion, transfer and support.
